Vacu3d - is a completely new look at the thermoforming process.
Vacu3d allows for the production of prototypes and short production series in thermoforming technology. This technology allows the production of enclosures, packaging and even structural elements as well as ready-made objects, based on models made using 3D printing. It has been used in large-scale industry for years and today it is boldly entering the world of Rapid Prototyping.
Vacu3d is the only fully desktop device of this type in the world.
In contrast to other solutions available on the market, it has its own vacuum source. Only 230V mains voltage (in preparation for versions for other markets) and consumables in the form of plastic sheets are needed for work.
In the period preceding the introduction of Vacu3d for sale, the team worked with various materials. As a result of this work, today can offer customers dedicated HIPS boards in a wide range of colours. The manufacturer offers plates with a thickness of 0.5mm to 3mm.
The system is open, it is possible to work on its own materials: ABS, PVC, PETG, PE, PP, PC, PMMA. Vacu3d works on sheets with standard A4 size. There is also the MAXX version adapted to the A3 sheet. Both versions have a performance of a dozen or so sheets per hour.

High-Resolution 3D Printing
Vacu3D is compact and does not need extensive outdoor installations, being ready to work virtually straight out of the box. According to Janusz Wójcik - co-creator of the device, Vacu3D is able to handle any person who can handle any electronic devices. A large, tactile display and intuitive, proprietary software are used for the service. The device is intended for a very wide audience, ranging from the education sector, through handicrafts and industry.
